  1. Monday's will be HR controlled (Zone 2) runs followed by core strengthening.
  2. Tuesday's are Intervals as per Hanson's
  3. Wednesday will be for rest or cross-training followed by core strengthening.
  4. Thursdays are for Tempo runs as per Hanson's.
  5. Friday will be for HR controlled Runs followed by core strengthening.
  6. Saturday will be Easy Runs as per Hanson's
  7. Sunday is for Long Runs as per Hanson's
