Training for the Chicago Marathon

Race Day: October 8, 2017

This page contains a summary of my training that is based on Hal Higdon's Intermediate 2 Marathon Training Program. The current day is shown in a green background. I am taking my race pace to be 10/mile or 6:15/K. Will try to run Saturday at this pace and Sunday's at a slightly slower pace unless it is some event like DRHM. I have started cycling around 10K as cross training. On Mondays and Fridays, I also do core strengthening exercises.
